Chicken breast (Thai) - Strips of chicken marinated in coconut milk and prepared with onion, garlic, ginger and green curry. Served with basmati rice, fresh vegetables in season and nuts.

For Starters

Carpaccio of smoke tuna - delicately smoked tuna filet with tomatoes

Fish soup - Fresh fish of the day, with chunks of fish fillet, lemon and basil.

Warm goat cheese salad - goat cheese warmed in a small cast-iron skillet   with sprinkled thyme and pepper to taste over each slice then placed on top of fresh greens

Cesar salad- hearts of romaine with Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and croutons

Main Course

Fish filet- Fresh fish of the day with your favorite sauce (tarragon, dill or mango)

Tenderloin -Beef tenderloin seared on a grill with your choice of Roquefort butter or pepper sauce.

Grilled shrimps- grilled with your choice of olive oil or pan-sautéed with white wine, lemon, and herbs.

Paella- consisting of chicken, pork, shrimp, calamari, monkfish, mussels, sausage combined with rice, peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a touch of saffron, all cooked on a Paella pan over a wood stove
